• One-time purchases normally ship from DMS within 2-3 business days for domestic customers. International orders ship within 5 business days.
• One-time purchases have no subscription component. You will not receive any of these boxes as part of your future subscription.

• If you make a purchase and at some point in the future that product goes on sale, we will not refund you the difference in your purchase price and the sale price.

• We recommend our mysteries for ages 13+. Parental discretion is advised since we are a murder mystery company.
• Domestic packages ship USPS. International packages ship APC. Shipping rates will appear during the checkout process once a shipping address is added to the order.
• If you purchase any products with pre-order products, please note that all items in your order will ship once the pre-order ships.
