If you have purchased ONE-TIME BOX PRODUCTS ONLY, please note the following:
Your purchase does not involve any subscription box component.
Please note - Month to Month subscriptions DO NOT count as One-Time Box products. They are subscriptions!
If you have purchased LETTERS PRODUCTS, please note the following:
IN FULL – If you purchase letters products with this option, you will pre-pay for the entire 12-week experience. You will only be charged for the initial purchase.
MONTHLY – If you purchase letters products with this option, you will pay over three months for the entire 12-week experience. You will have the initial purchase charge and a renewal charge each month for the following two months. There will be a total of three monthly charges. The date that you have the initial purchase charge will also be the date in the following months when your renewals occur. (Ex. Initial purchase charge on April 3. Renewal charge – May 3. Final Renewal charge – June 3)
Letters products include Letters from a Ghost Hunter, Letters from a Serial Killer, and Letters from a Game Master.
If you have purchased a SUBSCRIPTION BOX PRODUCT + ONE-TIME BOX PRODUCTS , please note the following:
Refunds
We honor refunds within 24 hours of placing your order/subscription renewal. You must email us immediately within 24 hours of your order at support@deadboltmysterysociety.com and request a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you make a purchase and at some point in the future that product goes on sale, we will not refund you the difference in your purchase price and the sale price.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@deadboltmysterysociety.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
