        If you have purchased ONE-TIME BOX PRODUCTS ONLY, please note the following:

        Your purchase does not involve any subscription component.

        Please note - Month to Month subscriptions DO NOT count as One-Time Box products. They are subscriptions! 

        If you have purchased a SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCT + ONE-TIME BOX PRODUCTS , please note the following:

        SUBSCRIPTIONS are taken from the first day of the month through the last day of the month at 6PM CST. Boxes ship to subscribers the first week of the following month. (Ex. Subscriptions from October 1 - October 31 ship during the first week of November). Subscription renewals take place on the 11th of every month. Shipping rates are applied when address is added. Contact The Deadbolt Mystery Society for questions about your box. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you chose the "GIVE AS A GIFT!" option. You can cancel at any time. If you cancel before you have received all your pre-paid shipments, you will continue to receive those pre-paid shipments until those terms are completed.
        The ONE-TIME BOX PRODUCTS that are a part of your order will ship out according to our posted shipping policy. Domestic One-time box products ship from our warehouse in 2-3 business days. International One-time box products ship from our warehouse in 5 business days. 

        Refunds
        We honor refunds within 24 hours of placing your order/subscription renewal. You must email us immediately within 24 hours of your order at support@deadboltmysterysociety.com and request a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

        If you make a purchase and at some point in the future that product goes on sale, we will not refund you the difference in your purchase price and the sale price.

        Damages and issues

        Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

        Returns

        We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

        To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. 

        To start a return, you can contact us at support@deadboltmysterysociety.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
