The city of Valley Falls has more than its fair share of crime. The Valley Falls Police Department and the Will Street Detective Agency work overtime to keep the city safe and make sure that criminals get punished for their misdeeds. But, what about those criminals that evade the long arm of the law? A vigilante calling himself The Judge has emerged on the scene and is handing down a sentence of death to those that he deems deserving. While some applaud his methods, others worry that this sets a dangerous precedent. The Judge must be stopped so that true justice can prevail. Can you track down and stop the Valley Falls Vigilante?
